Keeping things open ended I chose the term wood for this page as I tend to see many different abandoned buildings and most have some wood in them. Ghost towns, houses, homes, homesteads, barns, shacks, rural out buildings, garages, service stations, churches and schools. They all have a story-telling appeal to me. So many days and years they were once a place well attended, there was once life there. Now just unknown memories, some still able to poke through the fabric of time and show us some remaining beauty.
